We've been training like triathelets for Atlanta...staying away from Chik fil-E (b/c that's the closest lunch at Market for 5 straight days), standing up at our desks all day without sitting down once, practicing our bargaining skills for the wholesale diamond floor (6th floor, Building 3, FYI), & memorizing the MARTA map.
Well, it's June. IT'S JUNE!!! I can't believe it. Dallas is next week, & Atlanta just a few short weeks away. We've got lots of new stuff to show you, as usual. Come see us in our new showroom at DMC Kidsworld #17--it's open year-round too, if you can't make it next week. We'll be in the usual spot in Atlanta, clipboards ready, pens in hand, trying not to leave the booth to shop the jewelry floor. Kidding! Well, not really. XO Christi
We know the lunch boxes can be a challenge to monogram. We were asked by so many customers to please remove the top pocket (to allow for more monogram space), that we finally took it off. Now, some of you have some questions about how to embroider them, seal the stitches, etc. Here's what we say:
Hooray! Our newest international mint™ distributor, Small Things, has an order on the way! We're Australia-bound! Digett™ helped her find us, Chris helped me pack it, Jimmy & Shauna helped us work out the logistics of dimensions, Eduardo helped ship it, & Tom H. at UPS helped us find the best way to get it across the water! Many thanks to all. We're celebrating this weekend: Singapore, Brisbane, Toronto--we're like big time. At least we like to think so. :) XO Christi
We've opened accounts in Toronto, Singapore, British Columbia, & Australia this month. Of course, we're so happy to be all across the US (please see 'Find Mint™'!). We'd love to have retailers in all 50 states--we're only missing a few (7)--if you're a storefront in one of those missing US states & would like to carry mint™, we'll pay for your shipping charges on your first order & send you a bonus pack of surprise items for being the first account in your state! Thanks so much for helping us grow!
XO Christi & Lauren
I can't believe it...we're already here. It's almost summer! Just a little more than a month until Dallas Market and a few weeks after that, we'll be shopping (just kidding, showing) at the Atlanta Market. We've been working hard to get our new items & colors together for you! We're headed to Dallas next week to set up our new permenant showroom, too. Be sure to swing by and see us when you're in town. Have a great weekend! Christi
Wasn't that fun? Thanks to everyone who took our survey this week. It was really great to hear your feedback on some of the colors we're thinking about...and we especially loved your comments & suggestions for other products! More on the way soon! If you didn't get the survey in your email box, be sure to email us with your email address, business name, and with a comment that lets us know to add you to the list.
we've got 'em! they're finally here & they're so darn precious. they're great for fingerpainting & painting rocks (we did that this weekend!), great for playing in the sink, and perfect to wear when mixing/eating the chocolate chip cookie dough. jack even wore his smock in the garden this weekend while we planted our sunflowers...they're great for everything. click on 'smocks' in the product catagories to see all available styles!
I really want to thank Lauren, Courtney, & Chris for everything they do every single day to make mint™ so darn great. Besides designing cute stuff, traveling together, packing orders, & putting up with all of the accounting stuff, they've become family. I just wanted y'all to know what awesome people are on your team! We're all so lucky to have them.
People! We are almost sold out of the new stuff...we haven't even posted them online yet. New pics will be online around the end of the month; you can order online when they come in (if they aren't all taken from Market!). More is on the way, however...we tripled the 2nd shipment due to response at Market, so we should have plenty by mid-March. By the way--thanks for asking about Jack's birthday! It was awesome. Man, 5 is so cool. I may post a pic of the battery-powered Ducati! Cooo--ooo---lll rider.
