What a wonderful city--we have met the most wonderful & gracious people & seen so much history. This has been such a busy trip so far; quite an experience to say the least. We've traveled for hours by car to visit our factories & manufacturers, & still have a few more visits to make before we head home. It's been a great way to see a lot of China, besides the very modern Shanghai. Jimmy has enjoyed the adventurous foods...the presentation of the food is so beautiful. Even crispy pigeon head and sea sponge looks gorgeous when arranged on a bed of flowers and jullienned vegetables (I ate rice). Yesterday we had a day off from factories so we visited the Insect & Bird market in Shanghai--wow! What an experience. Shanghai has so many personalities--so much to take in. Beautiful pictures later! I have to go get ready for our day today. Missing Jack tons and tons. All of you in Boerne reading this please squeeze him for me. XOXO Christi
