How did this happen? It seems like it was just a little while ago that he was crawling around in crunchy diapers. Fast forward & I'm washing his blankets & packing his trunk for Camp Stewart with binoculars & his favorite reptiles book. It's going to be so good for him! I'm not ashamed to admit I'm going to require an IV of cabernet to get through it, however.

Whoa. Tomorrow is almost here. Jack can't wait. Today he informed me that he'd be riding the bus (!) & that he didn't need me to come have lunch with him on his first day of Kindergarten. Wha? I'd planned on driving him, walking him to his class, having him sit on my lap the entire morning, us eating lunch together, making new friends together, trying out the new playground equipment at recess, right? :) (Click the above title to read the rest of the blog)
